By submitting a listing or placing a bid, you confirm that you have the right to promote the submitted product and that the submitted URL is the official product website.

Paid placement

Payments purchase a target position in the current UTC weekly season. Placement is not an endorsement and does not guarantee traffic, sales, users, downloads, or any other outcome.

Product rules

You may not submit malware, deceptive or illegal products, adult content, impersonation, duplicate URLs, chat links, short links, affiliate links, or tracking links.

Removal

We may remove a listing that violates these rules, becomes unavailable, or creates a material safety, legal, payment, or abuse risk.

Payment and ranking

A listing is ranked only after Waffo Pancake confirms the payment. Each UTC week is a separate season. Paid listings rank above free discovery entries; the platform slot is clearly marked and remains separate from paid customers. Later payments may change the ranking, and a failed or reversed payment does not create a ranking right.

Refunds

Each bid is a one-time payment for weekly paid placement. Refunds may be requested for a duplicate charge, a confirmed payment or technical failure where the placement was not created, or a listing removed by TopAI Agent for a policy or safety reason. Being outbid or receiving low clicks is not a refund reason.

To request a refund, email 527856337@qq.com with your order reference, the payment email, and a short explanation. We aim to review requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the payment provider's processing time may vary.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
