TopAI Agent stores only the information needed to operate the leaderboard, process payments, prevent abuse, handle refunds, and measure aggregate traffic.
Information we process
- Submitted product URLs and automatically read public website metadata.
- Payment, order, and refund references supplied by Waffo Pancake. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Contact information you provide for payment support or customer service.
- Email addresses used to send free-listing claim and edit links. We do not create a full user account or display bidder email addresses publicly.
- Basic device, network, page-view, and outbound-click information used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. Clicks are counted as outbound redirects; we do not promise unique-visitor counts.
- Aggregate page-view and outbound-click events through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use information
We use information to create and maintain listings, confirm payments, update rankings, provide support, process refunds, prevent abuse, keep the service secure, and understand aggregate site usage.
Public information
Agent name, description, category, current weekly bid, rank, and aggregate clicks may be displayed publicly. Bidder identity and payment card details are not displayed on the board.
Payment and service providers
Waffo Pancake processes payments and supplies payment status, order, and refund references. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us measure site usage. These providers may process data in locations outside your country, subject to their own policies.
Your privacy rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information, provide a copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information where legally permitted, or close an account or support record where applicable. Email 527856337@qq.com with your request. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, subject to identity checks and applicable legal requirements.
Retention and security
Order, payment, and refund records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Aggregate analytics may be retained for product measurement. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect the information we handle.
